An application brings a member
A new family fills in an application on the club's page. You approve it and the child is a member: contacts, parent and group in place at once.

The group sets the rules
A group carries coaches, a schedule and billing rules. The member inherits them automatically. Nothing needs separate setup.

The coach marks attendance in the app. That becomes participation statistics, and on an attendance-based model, the input for the invoice.

Does Klubio suit a small club?
