Terms of Service
Please read these terms carefully before using our platform.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the services provided by Klubio, owned by Klubio LLC ("Company," "We," "Us," or "Our"), through our website at https://www.klubio.eu/ and related platforms (collectively, the "Platform"). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, accessing, or using any part of the Platform, you confirm that:
- You are at least 16 years of age or have parental consent
- You have the legal authority to enter into these Terms
- You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations
- If acting on behalf of an organization, you have authority to bind that organization
Description of Services
Klubio provides a comprehensive platform for sport clubs and organizations, including but not limited to:
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Platform at any time with reasonable notice.
User Accounts and Responsibilities
Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately at support@klubio.eu if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform
- Interfere with or disrupt the Platform's infrastructure
- Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
- Scrape, copy, or reproduce Platform content without permission
- Misrepresent your identity or affiliation
Subscription and Payments
Pricing
Service fees are outlined on our pricing page and in your service agreement. Prices may be updated with 30 days' notice. Continued use after price changes constitutes acceptance.
Payment Terms
Invoices are issued monthly and are due within 14 days of receipt unless otherwise agreed. Late payments may result in service suspension after a 7-day grace period and written notice.
Refunds
One-time setup fees are non-refundable once platform development has commenced. Monthly subscription fees are non-refundable for partial periods.
Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in the Platform, including software, design, logos, and content created by Klubio, remain the exclusive property of Klubio LLC. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Platform for its intended purpose during the term of your subscription.
Content and data you upload to the Platform remains your property. You grant us a license to use this content solely for the purpose of providing and improving our services.
Data Protection
We are committed to protecting your data in accordance with the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable data protection laws. For full details on how we collect, use, and protect your personal information, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
Data Processing: Where we process data on behalf of clubs or organizations, we act as a data processor and they as the data controller. Specific data processing agreements are included in service contracts.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
- The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind
- We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim
- We are not liable for service interruptions due to force majeure events
Termination
Either party may terminate the service agreement:
- With 30 days' written notice for subscriptions
- Immediately for material breach of these Terms
- Immediately if required by law
Upon termination, we will provide a reasonable period (minimum 30 days) for you to export your data. After this period, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Estonia. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through:
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes at least 30 days before they take effect via email or Platform notification. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you may terminate your account before they take effect.
