What a parent actually does in the app
For a parent, a club comes down to three questions: when is training, is the invoice paid, and has anything changed. The app answers all three without a phone call.
One view for the whole family
Having two children in different groups usually means two separate information channels. In Klubio they share one account: each child's schedule, invoices and attendance kept separate, but a single login.
Paying an invoice in two taps
A new invoice makes the phone light up and can be paid by bank link or card straight from the app. The payment is tied to the invoice by reference number automatically, and the club never has to ask who paid for what.
Notifications that actually arrive
Session changes, cancellations and club announcements reach the phone rather than the bottom of an inbox. Each family sets what it wants to hear about, so the app does not turn into noise. The club manager stops answering the same questions every evening.
A weekday for a two-child family
A family with one child in football and another in gymnastics, at the same club:
- On Tuesday morning a notification arrives: the younger one's session is an hour earlier today.
- On the 1st, both children's invoices arrive. The parent pays both by bank link in a couple of taps.
- The parent sees the older child attended eleven of twelve sessions last month.
- The parent marks in advance that the child will miss Friday's session, and the coach sees it before heading to the hall.

Is the app free for parents?
Yes. The Klubio app is free on the App Store and Google Play. It's part of the club's package.
Can several children fit under one account?
Yes. All your children live under one parent account, even when they are in different groups or different sports within the same club.
Can athletes use the app themselves?
Yes. Athletes have their own accounts too, with schedule, attendance and club announcements included.
What notifications does the app send?
Session changes and cancellations, new invoices and due dates, attendance being marked, and general club announcements. Each one can be switched on or off separately, and they can be silenced altogether.
Can I manage without the app?
Yes. All the same information (schedule, invoices, announcements) is available in a web browser.
