What the club page comes with
A public page without code
Colours, logo, fonts and content are set in the Klubio admin, with a live preview next to them so you see each change as you make it. No developer, no hosting, no server to look after.
Your club's own domain
Connect your domain straight from the app. The page runs on the club's own address, not as someone else's subpage.
Registration form on the page
A new family applies right there and lands in the right group. The application appears in Klubio, not in someone's inbox.
News, coaches and sponsors
The page has blocks for the club's story, news, coaches, the schedule, contact details and sponsors. Pick the ones your club needs.
Schedule widget
Put the schedule on your club page or on a site you already have. It updates itself in both.
Readable on a phone
The page works the same on phone, tablet and desktop. Most parents open it on a phone.
This is how you set up the club page
Your club's details, colours and logo on the left, a live preview right beside them. You see a change before anyone else does.

Why a club website usually goes stale
A club site is normally built once and then forgotten: the schedule is from last season, the joining section says “email us”, and the latest news is from January. Klubio takes a different route. The page shows what's already in the system, so there is nothing left to go out of date.
The content comes from the system
The schedule on the page isn't a separate table someone has to retype. It is the same schedule the coach edits in Klubio. When Monday's session moves an hour later, it moves in the app, on the web and on the club page at once. The same goes for the registration form: the groups it offers are the ones actually open in Klubio.
Joining starts on the page and ends in the database
Most clubs lose new members at the point where joining is still done by hand: someone emails, someone replies a few days later, details go back and forth. A public registration form removes that step: the family applies on the page, you approve it, and the child is a member with contacts, group and billing rules attached. If the group is full, they go on the waiting list.
Prepare the change, publish when it suits you
The page is configured in the admin: colours, fonts, logo and whichever blocks the club needs. Changes can be prepared as a draft and published only once you think the page is right. You can connect the club's own domain straight from the app, so the address stays the club's own. Nothing to code, no hosting to buy and no server to maintain.
A small judo club with no website budget
A club whose website had so far been a Facebook group:
- The page goes live in one evening: logo, colours, coach introductions and contact details.
- The club domain is pointed at the page; no developer invoice, no hosting subscription.
- At the start of the season 23 applications arrive through the form. Every one lands in the right age group.
- The schedule on the page changes when the coach changes it in Klubio, not when someone remembers to.
The club's presence online stops being a project they'll “get to one day”.
How it works
Set the page up
Add your logo, pick your colours and write the club's information in the admin panel.
Connect your domain
Point the club domain at the page, or stay on the Klubio address for now.
The page keeps itself current
The schedule and registration forms come from Klubio, so there is nothing to update by hand.
Frequently asked questions
Is the club website included in the price?
Yes. The public club page comes with every plan. There is no separate fee and no add-on module. No hosting or server bills either, because we host the page.
Can I use my club's own domain?
Yes. You can connect your domain straight from the app, without a developer. If you don't have one yet, the page runs on a Klubio address and the domain can be added later.
Can the page be styled to match the club?
Colours, fonts, logo and content are yours to set in the admin, so the page fits your club. No code to write and no designer needed.
We already have a website. Is this still useful?
Yes. You don't have to replace the site you have: the schedule widget and the registration form can be placed on it, and both update from Klubio automatically.
Do applications from the page reach Klubio?
Yes. An application submitted on the form appears in Klubio waiting for approval. You approve it and the member is in place, with contacts, group and billing rules.
