Club Administrator Responsibilities
Member Data Management
Club administrators act as data controllers for member information, with Klubio serving as processor. Administrators must comply with this Policy and GDPR requirements. Non-compliant administrators receive 30-day cure notices before account termination, or immediate termination for severe violations.
Permitted Data Collection
Administrators may collect only club-essential data (e.g., membership verification, contact details) and may request supporting documentation.
Prohibited: Administrators cannot request sensitive information (political views, religious beliefs, passport numbers, credit cards, social security numbers) through our Features.
Security Obligations
Administrators must implement appropriate security measures protecting Klubio and Platform users from unauthorized data access, modification, disclosure, or destruction. Report Policy violations to support@klubio.eu.
