2 years ago we launched sportsoftware.ai, a platform for running tournaments: draws, brackets, results.
Many tournaments used it across Europe.
We started setting up demo calls with local clubs asking them exactly what their pain points were with the current tools in the market.
We asked coaches, club admins, parents who'd been volunteered onto a board and they didn't want an enterprise platform. They wanted to easily automate invoices. They wanted to know who was coming to training without counting heads. They wanted to stop losing track of who had paid.
Why nothing they had was working

Automatic connectivity to bookkeeping softwares, so that even there the accountant does not have to insert anything themselves. All of the invoices related to fee payment flow straight into accounting
Automated training invites. This means that whenever a club can enable for each training group a feature that when someone marks themselves as ‘Not going’ to xa training then a portion of people from other groups get invites to be the substitute.
