How to use it

Download the file and open it in Excel or Google Sheets.

Write the children's names in column A and session dates in the header.

Mark attendees with an X in every session. The rest calculates itself.

At month-end scan the participation percentages: below 60% is a signal that a family needs attention.

How do I use the sheet with several groups?
Make a file per group, or a sheet per group in the same file (right-click the sheet name → Move or copy). When the month changes, copy the sheet and clear the marks.
What if there are more or fewer than 16 sessions a month?
Add or delete columns and adjust the divisor in the participation formula (16 by default). The guide sheet explains it step by step.
Can the participation percentage be used for billing?
Yes. If your club bills by sessions attended, the attended-count column is the invoice's basis. Manually that means monthly re-copying; in Klubio the same number flows onto the invoice automatically.
